Founder & CEO (UK)

Nuoqi Shen is an interdisciplinary designer with an MA from the Royal College of Art, works at the intersection of fashion, creative tech, and immersive storytelling. Her work focuses on exploring new possibilities for human and environmental resilience through the lens of technology and innovation.

XR Design Lead

An Zhou is an XR designer specializing in immersive, interactive environments. Skilled in Unity and Cinema 4D, she excels in 3D modeling, interactive mechanics design, and performance optimization. Currently, she leverages AI to create dynamic, adaptive MR environments, pushing the boundaries of creativity and interactivity in XR projects.

Tao Sun

Business Development Advisor

With over 30 years of experience in textile and apparel, specializing in business development and technology commercialization. Tao has held senior roles in multinational companies, transferring technology to Asian industries. Tao holds a Master's from the University of Otago and an MBA from the University of Wales Newport. He is currently the Executive Director at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University's Textile & Apparel Technology Research Institute (JJRI) and founded the commercialization division at The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel.

Linyuan Gong (Iris)

Unity XR developer, UX Designer

Linyuan Gong is an XR designer and developer based in London. She is currently studying at the University of the Arts London, majoring in Virtual Reality. She focuses on exploring new forms of interaction and gameplay to break free from the limitations of 2D surfaces, aiming to create engaging spatial content.​

Jie Guan

XR & IoT, Phygital Interaction,

Sport and Entertainment

Jie Guan holds a Master’s in Digital Futures from OCAD University, with research focused on the extended metaverse using Mixed Reality (MR) and IoT technologies. He has five years of MR/IoT R&D experience and has worked on MR projects for McDonald's and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, enhancing athlete training and fan experiences. He has expertise in Unity and has developed MR products for HoloLens 2, Magic Leap 2, Meta Quest, XReal, and Vision Pro.

Yuwen Huang

Unity Developer, Technical Artist

Yuwen Huang, graduated from ZJU with a degree in Industrial Design. She specialize in visual practices using Unity and have a strong desire to explore visual experiments in XR spaces. She is passionate about creating immersive experiences and pushing the boundaries of design and technology.

Xiaocong Liu

Co-Founder & UI/UX Lead (FR)

Xiaocong Liu holds a bachelor’s degree from the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) and a master’s degree from the École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts du Mans. She has over five years of design experience with technology companies in France, including expertise in UX/UI design and XR design. She excels at creating innovative, user-centered experiences in AR/VR/MR, interaction, and game design.

Haoting Gao

XR Development Lead

Haoting Gao is an XR Software Development Engineer at a medical tech sector in Shanghai and a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, pursuing dual master’s degrees. He develops cross-platform, multi-user real-time interaction systems for medical training in XR, focusing on HCI, AI interaction, and immersive learning.

Jiarong Chen

Art & Cultural Project Coordination, Curator & PR Strategies

 

 JR holds a postgraduate degree from the Royal College of Art, UK. An interdisciplinary artist and curator, she explores connections between technology philosophy, health, and ecosystems. JR has contributed to numerous international art exhibitions, served as an art consultant for the AI+Brain project at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and planned major public art events. She excels in blending innovative artistic concepts with business strategies to spearhead successful technology art culture projects.

Ming Xu

Unity XR develper

Ming Xu is a professional Unity XR developer and software engineer with in-depth knowledge and practical experience in C# scripting. He has participated in the development of several independent VR games and is dedicated to providing players with unique and deeply immersive experiences through XR technology.

Xiaoya Huang

Digital Art & Animation Expert

Xiaoya Huang is a versatile digital artist specializing in concept design, storyboarding, character animation, and storytelling. She contributed to the animated short Writing Craft, selected for Tencent’s Young Director Program. Her XR narrative game project was showcased at London Craft Week, and her short film On Leaving was featured in independent film festivals. Xiaoya aims to integrate animation storytelling with emerging technologies.

Lisi Xie is an XR developer with a master’s in AR/VR from Goldsmiths, University of London. She specializes in creating immersive experiences using platforms like Snapchat, Unreal Engine, and Unity. Her design background from the School of Visual Arts enriches her refined aesthetic, attention to detail, and commitment to crafting engaging environments.

Jiaqi Yang (Richard) is a designer of installations and digital art. He specialises in the creation of moving image installations and interactive digital art development focused on social and speculative themes, including CGI film and VR, AR, MR development. Yufan Yao graduated from the University of Bristol with a MA in Immersive Arts. She is an immersive art creator who specializes in presenting traditional culture and historical themes through innovative approaches. Skilled in narrative planning and music editing, she has led multiple exhibitions that combine art and technology, aiming to provide audiences with deeply emotional and multi-sensory immersive experiences.

Yingying Liu

2D/3D Art , Sculpture

Yingying Liu is an artist specializing in digital creation and sculptural installations, currently studying Information Experience Design at the Royal College of Art. She focuses on engaging the audience's senses through technology, and is committed to exploring the possibilities of different interactions and experiences, breaking the habitual way of seeing, so that the audience is no longer an outsider to the work, but a part of the work.

Carrie graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree and is pursuing a Master of Architecture at the Architectural Association in London. She specializes in architecture, spatial design, 3D modeling, rendering, and multimedia storytelling, focusing on integrating Chinese culture with immersive arts and exploring how XR can push the boundaries of reality.
